HOW WE HANDLE PERSONAL DATA WITHIN MULTIMIND
The service for processing your application is operated by Zerolime on behalf of MultiMind Bemanning AB (556782-9931) ("MultiMind", "we", "our", "us"). This document describes what personal information we collect from you and how we process it. It aims to provide you, as a job seeker, with information about how MultiMind handles your personal data, and to make you feel confident that the processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable personal data legislation. This document also describes your rights vis-à-vis us and how you can enforce your rights.
1. WHO IS THE CONTROLLER?
MultiMindis the data controller for the processing of the personal data that MultiMind collects and processes concerning you.
2. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
When you apply for a job at MultiMind, we initially collect the data you share in your application, including video interviews, video presentations, test results (from psychometric tests), name, phone number, email address, address and CV. The data is collected from you when you make the application or when you do a video interview.
3. WHAT DOES MULTIMIND USE YOUR DATA FOR?
The datais processed by MultiMind to assess your suitability for the position and to otherwise carry out the recruitment process. The processing is carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests as a legal basis.
4. WITH WHOM WE MAY SHARE YOUR DATA?
MultiMinduses a number of tools in the recruitment process. MultiMind may therefore transfer your personal data to providers of these tools (including Zerolime). These recipients are only entitled to process your personal data on behalf of MultiMind in connection with the performance of a service for MultiMind. MultiMind takes all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferred to or shared with selected third parties. MultiMind may also disclose your personal data to public authorities if it is required to do so by law. In the event that all or part of MultiMind's business is divested, MultiMind may transfer your personal data to a potential buyer of the business.
5. WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your personal data will mainly be processed within the EU/EEA, but may also be transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA if MultiMind's suppliers use such a location in their processing. MultiMind has put in place appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data by ensuring that the recipient is a signatory to the Privacy Shield, or that the recipient of the personal data has signed an agreement containing provisions that ensure that your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
MultiMindkeeps personal data of candidates who have not been offered employment for up to 27 months after the recruitment process has been completed. The purpose of keeping the data for this period is to enable us to answer questions about the recruitment process and the reasons why the position was awarded to another candidate. MultiMind reserves the right to delete personal data at its discretion. MultiMind may also retain your personal data after completion of the recruitment process if it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under applicable law, or in order for MultiMind to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have certain statutory rights that you can enforce against MultiMind. The following is a summary of these rights. For full details of your rights, please refer to the General Data Protection Regulation, section 3-5. Right of access/record extraction. You have the right to obtain an answer as to whether MultiMind is processing personal data about you. If so, you have the right to information about, among other things, what personal data is processed, the purposes of the processing, which external recipients receive your personal data and how long we keep your personal data. Correction of inaccurate data. You have the right to request that MultiMind corrects inaccurate or incomplete information about you. Deletion of certain data. You have the right to request that MultiMind erases your personal data under certain conditions, such as if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected the personal data. Right to object to MultiMind's processing of personal data. You have the right to object to MultiMind's processing of your personal data under certain conditions. Right to restriction of the processing of your personal data. You have the right to request a restriction of MultiMind's processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. For example, if you have contested the accuracy of your personal data, you may request restriction of processing for a period of time that allows MultiMind to verify the accuracy of the personal data. Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding MultiMind's processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge such complaint with the Privacy Authority. MultiMind reserves the right to make changes to this document. We will notify you if the adjustment contains any material changes.
