How much does it cost to hire MultiMind?

It is difficult to specify a general cost, as pricing is influenced by several factors, such as the complexity of the role, demand for the skill set, availability of candidates, and the length and timeline of the assignment.

We offer three main packages:

  • Recruitment – fixed pricing
  • Consulting solution (staffing) – ongoing pricing
  • Hire first – employ later – flexible combination

We are always transparent in our dialogue and help you find the most cost-effective solution.

What is your process for matching and appointing candidates?

The process begins with a clear requirements profile, where we work with the customer to review both competency requirements and softer factors such as culture and working methods. We then move on to advertising, searching, interviewing, and reference checks. Tests are used as needed or at the customer's request.

Our goal is always high accuracy—not just on CVs, but in practice.

To ensure competence-based and inclusive recruitment, we use anonymized CVs when presenting candidates to clients. This allows us to focus on experience, competence, and potential—not background, gender, age, or name.

How quickly can you appoint a consultant?

In urgent cases, we can often introduce a consultant within 24 hours. For more complex or long-term assignments, we adapt the process to ensure the right match without compromising on quality.

What happens if the consultant does not work or fails to show up?

We have clear guarantees and procedures. If, for example, a consultant does not show up, terminates the assignment prematurely, or does not perform as expected, we act quickly and offer a replacement consultant or replacement recruitment as agreed.

Do your consultants have collective agreements?

Yes. All our consultants are employed by MultiMind and covered by collective agreements, which provides security for both the client and the consultant.

Who is our contact person and what does the collaboration with MultiMind look like?

When you work with MultiMind, you always get clear lines of communication and a dedicated team working on your assignment. Each customer is assigned an account manager who is your primary contact and is available to answer any questions you may have, both operational and strategic.

In addition to the account manager, you will be assigned at least one recruitment specialist with the right area of expertise, for example in finance, IT, HR, or supply chain. The recruitment specialist has primary responsibility for the requirements profile, search, selection, and recruitment process, and works closely with you throughout the entire appointment process.

For consulting assignments, you will also be assigned a dedicated consultant manager who is responsible for all matters relating to the consultant, such as follow-ups, work environment, absences, and ongoing dialogue. The consultant manager ensures continuity, job satisfaction, and quality throughout the assignment.

This approach means that you always have the right expertise in the right place, quick access to support, and a coordinated team that takes full responsibility for delivery—from the initial needs analysis to the completed assignment.

How does MultiMind work with diversity and inclusion in recruitment?

Inclusion is an integral part of our approach. Our consultants represent a wide range of nationalities and speak a broad spectrum of languages. We actively work with international expertise and reach candidates through global networks and specialized search channels.

Through competency-based methodology, anonymized CVs, and structured interviews, we ensure that recruitment is conducted on objective grounds—which benefits quality, innovation, and long-term matching.
